In an effort to make therapy accessible to clients, fees are set at a reasonable, mid-level point for similar services in the area. Clients are responsible for payment at time of session, this includes full fee for self-paying clients and deductibles, copays/coinsurance for those using insurance.

Dr. Kobus is an in-network provider for Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO. Accordingly, Dr. Kobus

accepts the “allowable” rates as determined by BC/BS. For all other insurance providers, Dr.

Kobus is an out-of-network provider. Insurance benefits will follow out-of-network rates/terms

specified by your insurance policy. It is a good idea to contact your insurance company to

inquire about coverage for mental health benefits.

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours of notice will

be billed to the client. Insurance cannot be billed for late cancels or missed sessions.
